一、Product name：3M7980A Horizontal Steel Ball Flashing Machine
二、Application range of the machine：
The machine is a special machine for processing steel ball blank, it is suitable for rough processing diameter 5-40mm steel balls.The machine is with high cutting efficiency. It is realized one worker can watch many sets at same time.
三.Machine features: 1）Horizontal structure and circulation processing is adopted in the machine. 2）Closing frame foundry structure is adopted in the main unit. Ii is with good rigidity and high precision and good holding.
3）High loading thrust taper roller bearing is adopted in the main spindle end face bearing.
4）The rotating plate is assorted with the main spindle in taper. 5）Frequency conversion stepless speed regulation is used in the main spindle's rotating.
6）Incline ball feeder is adopted in the machine, AC. frequency conversion stepless speed regulation is used in the ball feeder's rotating.
7）The ball feeder is connected with tailstock by adjusting gemel, it is convenient to adjust.
8）Hydraulic driving is used for adding pressure, accumulator is used for keeping pressure. Keeping pressure is stable and credible.
9）Guide pole of tailstock adopted minisize oil pump lubrication system. It is safe and credible. 10） Electrical system is controlled by PC.
