二、Application range of the machine：
   The machine is suitable for soft grinding and hard grinding 3～12.7 mm  steel balls. The machine is with high cutting efficiency. It is realized one worker can watch many sets at same time. 

三.Machine  features:                                                                                                                      1)  Horizontal structure and circulation processing is adopted in the machine. It is suitable for processing small steel balls.                                                                                                        2）Flat ball feeder is adopted in the machine                                                                              3）Frequency conversion stepless regulation is adopted in rotation of main  spindle and ball feeder. Speed regulation is stable.
4）Rotating plates moving adding pressure, open type hydraulic driving adding pressure, processing pressure is stable, adding pressure is separated with sliding structure.  
5）Machine bed guideway is linear moving guideway pair, it is can ensure machine's accuracy.
6）Oil splash lubrication is adopted in the main spindle  bearing.                                            7）There is no gear transmission in the main gear box, minish the vibration and noise.
8）Electrical system is controlled by PC.
